An interest in whales has developed as a result of some going to the Te Moana exhibition at the Auckland Museum

Lisa, our Student teacher taught us the song Tohora Nui

The whale is big

The whale is very very fat

It's tail is swishing
The whale is swimming in the sea

and because we have been enjoying our baking, we've made whale shortbread cookies!
